Lamont Harris has over 30 years of experience as a Senior Training and Development Leader with extensive experience as an Expert Trainer, Adult Educator, and Motivational Speaker providing hands-on experiences, working with all organizational levels creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions designed to support organizational business plans and missions.

He is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable business and leadership environment that supports his goal to help others reach their fullest potential by maximizing their individual talents and god given skills through “Life-Long Learning”.

J. Lamont is known as an enthusiastic "Edutainer" and “Hope Dealer”, because of his dynamic, motivating, and sometimes humorous style of speaking, as he brings his outstanding strengths into the work world to include leadership, communication, facilitation, and influencing.

J. Lamont delivers career and interactive workshops that include Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring, Diversity, and Team-Building through real world and personal experiences.

A decorated Military service member serving our country in the United States Army as a Non-Commissioned and a Commissioned Officer, he is a world traveler and a native of Newport News, Virginia, and currently reside in Metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia.
